Responsibilities
- Exposure to a wide range of commercial cladding and building envelope projects
Skills
- 2-3 years of experience in exterior cladding
- Strong ability to read and interpret architectural drawings, specifications, and shop drawings
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for reporting, scheduling, and documentation
- 4-year degree in Architectural Technology, Engineering, Construction Management, or similar (an asset, not required)
- You stay organized across multiple job sites and can shift priorities without losing track of details
- You take ownership of problems on site and bring solutions to the Project Manager rather than just flagging issues
- You have a sharp eye for quality and safety, and you do not let details slip under schedule pressure
- You are eager to learn from experienced supervisors and grow into greater field responsibility
- Duties & Responsibilities
- Review project scope, drawings, and details with Project Managers and Estimators before project start
- Coordinate site start dates, logistics, and scheduling with general contractors and owners
- Ensure crews, subcontractors, materials, and equipment are ready before, during, and after each project
Compensation
- $70,000 to $85,000 (commensurate with experience)
