About the role

Having proven the model and grown through guerrilla efforts to serve 50 client organizations across 20 states, we're now ready to scale.
You will work closely with our leadership team on a variety of projects and initiatives across all business functions.

Help manage and support projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams and driving initiatives forward.
Help build and maintain financial systems and controls, including developing and implementing policies and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.
Conduct market research and provide analysis to support business decision-making.
Perform administrative tasks as needed to support the leadership team.
Develop and maintain documentation for company policies and procedures

3+ years of relevant experience, ideally in management consulting, project management, or business operations
Adaptability and flexibility: You are able to adapt to changing business needs and take on new challenges as needed.Y ou have a positive attitude and a willingness to take on all kinds of tasks.
You have experience managing complex projects, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and driving initiatives forward
You have experience working in a startup or early-stage company (or similar fast-paced environments), where you may have had to wear multiple hats and take on a wide range of tasks.
