Responsibilities

  • Manages the VP's operating rhythm, including staff meeting cadence, quarterly business reviews, all-hands meetings, and leadership offsites, owning agenda development, pre-reads, follow-up tracking, and closure of open decisions.
  • Drives strategic site-wide and select worldwide manufacturing project and program objectives, including determination of outcomes, milestones, viability studies, and resource planning, among others.
  • Leads assigned site-wide projects and programs in accordance with defined requirements, with specific attention to product/process specifications, project/program costs, resource utilization, and timeliness for completion.
  • Partners with Finance, HR, Legal, and other corporate functions on the VP's behalf to align manufacturing priorities with broader organizational objectives.
  • Leads the strategic planning cycle for the manufacturing organization, including goal-setting, organizational reviews, and translation of strategy into executable plans.
  • Leads projects and initiatives with notable risk and complexity; develops the strategy for project execution; serves as a trusted advisor and extension of executive leadership.
  • Solves unique and complex problems with broad impact on the business; exercises sound judgment on ambiguous, sensitive, or confidential matters; requires conceptual and innovative thinking to develop solutions.
  • Communicates complex ideas, anticipates potential objections, and persuades others, often at senior levels, to adopt a different point of view; builds trust quickly across functions and levels of the organization.

Requirements

  • Some travel to other worldwide manufacturing sites may be required.
  • Demonstrated success operating in a matrixed organization required.
  • Business Expertise
  • Leads all phases of assigned projects and programs, ensures process improvements are documented, and ensures that information required by other functional areas is reported, disseminated, or transferred, as appropriate.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's Degree required (Engineering or related technical field preferred)
  • Master's degree preferred.
  • 10+ years, ideally within a semiconductor, manufacturing, or operations environment, including experience supporting senior executives and/or leading cross-functional programs.

Compensation

  • $128,000.00 - $176,000.00
