About the role
- The Through-Hole Assembly Operator is responsible for assembling electronic components onto printed circuit board assemblies (PCBAs) using manual insertion techniques.
- This role requires attention to detail, the ability to follow assembly documentation, and adherence to quality and workmanship standards to ensure reliable electronic products.
Requirements
- Perform lead forming, trimming, and component preparation as required
- Ability to follow assembly instructions and documentation
- Ability to identify component polarity and orientation
- Candidates are not required to disclose criminal history or participate in a background check unless and until a conditional offer of employment has been made.
Nice to have
- Experience working in electronics manufacturing or PCBA assembly
- Knowledge of ESD handling practices
- Certification or familiarity with IPC-A-610
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs occasionally
Compensation
- $21 - $22 USD
