About the role

You should be equally comfortable designing boards, working with external vendors, and supporting bring-up and debug.
We aim to hire smart people, give them the resources they need to do their job well, and then leave the rest up to them.

Own design and development of reference boards and hardware platforms
Translate silicon capabilities into practical, high-quality system designs
Drive schematic design and guide PCB layout (internally or with external partners)
Own key hardware subsystems including power delivery, high-speed interfaces, and clocking
Define and incorporate package-level constraints into board design
Partner with OSATs and manufacturing vendors to ensure smooth package-to-board integration
Support board bring-up and collaborate on debugging system-level issues
Drive design for manufacturability (DFM) and readiness for prototype and production builds
Own critical hardware design at a company where your work directly impacts product delivery
Move fast, make decisions, and build from first principles

Work on ambitious AI hardware with real system complexity
