About the role
- You'll work across multiple brands, departments, and formats, helping ensure every visual touchpoint reflects a consistent standard of excellence.
- This role requires exceptional taste, versatility, and execution.
Responsibilities
- Building scalable templates, design systems, and asset libraries that increase consistency and production speed
- AI workflows materially improve design output and team efficiency
- Internal stakeholders can quickly access templates and design assets without reinventing work
- ACQ Media becomes recognized for world-class visual design across every platform
- The Graphic Designer is responsible for creating high-quality visual design across ACQ Media and the broader Acquisition.com http://Acquisition.com ecosystem.
- This role supports everything from premium media brands and YouTube content to internal initiatives, marketing campaigns, company presentations, websites, events, and new business ventures.
- Those who have the drive to constantly improve, the superior intellect and long term commitment to see incremental improvements become compounding returns.
Requirements
- Expert proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite and Figma
- Experience designing for YouTube, social media, and digital marketing
- Familiarity with AI creative tools such as Claude, Gemini, Firefly, Higgsfield,or equivalent
- You are not simply designing assets.
- You are helping define the visual language of one of the fastest-growing business media companies in the world.
