Perform detailed sex offender registry searches to verify sponsor eligibility and maintain organizational safety standards.
Collaborate closely with internal partners to support the sponsor screening process and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
Manage and update sponsor cases using Zendesk or similar case management systems, ensuring timely follow-up, accurate documentation, and efficient resolution of inquiries.
Upload, organize, and maintain files across multiple platforms, including SharePoint, Word, PDF, and Excel, ensuring all information is properly categorized, accessible, and up to date.
Perform related duties as assigned, within your scope of practice - management reserves the right to revise these duties as necessary.

Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident.
U.S. Residency requirement - 3 consecutive years in the last 5 years.
Required, potentially extensive at times, based on project need(s)
When working within 30 to 50 miles of an office, you will be required to work in-office as agreed upon by the management team.
This option is only available if you are not required to support a contract within close proximity to your home or required to TDY.
This position is considered ESSENTIAL - Case Specialists are required to report and work during emergencies or crises, including inclement weather, natural and man-made disasters, etc.
Process and review Child Abuse and Neglect Registry forms, ensuring all required documentation is complete and accurately recorded.
