Responsibilities

  • Perform detailed sex offender registry searches to verify sponsor eligibility and maintain organizational safety standards.
  • Collaborate closely with internal partners to support the sponsor screening process and resolve discrepancies efficiently.
  • Manage and update sponsor cases using Zendesk or similar case management systems, ensuring timely follow-up, accurate documentation, and efficient resolution of inquiries.
  • Upload, organize, and maintain files across multiple platforms, including SharePoint, Word, PDF, and Excel, ensuring all information is properly categorized, accessible, and up to date.
  • Perform related duties as assigned, within your scope of practice - management reserves the right to revise these duties as necessary.

Requirements

  • Must be a U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident.
  • U.S. Residency requirement - 3 consecutive years in the last 5 years.
  • Required, potentially extensive at times, based on project need(s)
  • When working within 30 to 50 miles of an office, you will be required to work in-office as agreed upon by the management team.
  • This option is only available if you are not required to support a contract within close proximity to your home or required to TDY.
  • This position is considered ESSENTIAL - Case Specialists are required to report and work during emergencies or crises, including inclement weather, natural and man-made disasters, etc.
  • Process and review Child Abuse and Neglect Registry forms, ensuring all required documentation is complete and accurately recorded.
