You have a strong knowledge of accrual accounting, GAAP, GL, and balance-sheet support.
You have a solid understanding of internal controls, financial compliance, audit support, and the importance of timely, accurate reporting.
You have excellent communication skills and can translate complex financial information into clear, actionable insights for business partners and decision-makers.

You have a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field or equivalent certifications.
You have 5+ years of progressive real estate or property accounting experience, preferably in owner, REIT, institutional investor, or private equity real estate.
You have experience partnering with third-party property managers, accounting teams, and internal stakeholders to resolve discrepancies and impro ve reporting quality.

Temporary positions in the United States are excluded from the above mentioned compensation and benefit plans.
$125,909-$201,454 ‎
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital's annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
