- As a Floating Assistant Community Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting multiple communities throughout the Houston, TX region, ensuring financial accuracy, leasing success, and exceptional resident experiences.

Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Valid driver's license is required.
- Minimum of one year of residential leasing, sales, and/or property management experience required.
- Experience using Yardi or other related property management accounting software.
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Strong understanding of federal, state, and local fair housing laws and provisions.
Nice to have
- Experience in leadership and supervising a staff preferred.
Compensation
- Pay range is a calculation based on a midpoint price.
- Fairfield complies with all wage and hour laws, including minimum wage and salary exempt requirements.
