About the role

  • As a Floating Assistant Community Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting multiple communities throughout the Houston, TX region, ensuring financial accuracy, leasing success, and exceptional resident experiences.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Valid driver's license is required.
  • Minimum of one year of residential leasing, sales, and/or property management experience required.
  • Experience using Yardi or other related property management accounting software.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.
  • Strong understanding of federal, state, and local fair housing laws and provisions.

Nice to have

  • Experience in leadership and supervising a staff preferred.

Compensation

  • Pay range is a calculation based on a midpoint price.
  • Fairfield complies with all wage and hour laws, including minimum wage and salary exempt requirements.
