About the role

  • Our annual media programs are re-sold every year, which makes the strength of our client relationships the single biggest driver of retention and growth.
  • You will run our Client Advisory Board program.
  • And you will take meaningful non-selling work off the plates of our sales team so they can focus on commercial outcomes.

Responsibilities

  • Partner with Enablement and Marketing to develop case studies, testimonials, and outcomes content for PatientConnect, PSE, MediFind, and new offerings.
  • Build lifecycle campaigns from onboarding through renewal and expansion, in partnership with Client Experience and Client Solutions.
  • Develop and execute joint marketing programs with strategic partners (e.g., Fierce and other industry media).
  • Produce co-branded content, webinars, and events that create mutual lead generation and visibility.
  • Lead marketing strategy and execution for key industry conferences (FPW, HealthFront, and others) and proprietary client events.
  • Manage the events budget and agency relationships.

Requirements

  • Bring strong strategic thinking along with the ability to execute and operationalize programs.
  • Bachelor's degree required.

Compensation

  • $200,000-$300,000 USD (depending on qualifications)
