About the role

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our Community Residential Facilities.
The successful candidate will apply occupational therapy models to address client needs related to mental health, addictions, physical health, and daily living.

Develop and implement client-centered intervention plans.
Maintain accurate documentation and contribute to program development and evaluation.
This role works closely with the team to support clients transitioning from correctional settings into the community.

Degree in Occupational Therapy and registration with the Alberta College of Occupational Therapists.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team setting.
Experience working with marginalized populations, including those with mental health and addiction challenges.
Strong understanding of community resources and healthcare systems.
Excellent communication, assessment, and documentation skills.
Brain Story Certification considered an asset.
