Collaborating with the IDT: Participate in interdisciplinary team (IDT) meetings to complete assessments, develop individualized care plans, and review service determination requests.
Assessing Participant Needs: Evaluate mobility levels, physical conditions, and functional abilities to create tailored therapy plans.
Providing Therapeutic Care: Deliver therapeutic exercises, gait training, and ambulation support to help participants achieve their goals.
Designing Therapy Programs: Develop engaging individual and group exercise programs focused on maintenance therapy and rehabilitation.
Bringing Care Home: Conduct home assessments and deliver in-home treatments to meet participants where they are most comfortable.

Proof of a valid California driver's license, personal transportation, a good driving record, and auto insurance as required by state law.
Physical Capability: Ability to lift, carry, or otherwise move up to 50 pounds.
