Responsibilities

  • The Director of IT Integration leads McWane's enterprise integration strategy, their D365 Support Team (supporting divisions on D365 F&SC and Dynamics CRM), optimizing how software is used, sharing best practices, and combining data from our core systems to generate business insights.
  • This role sits within Corporate IT and partners closely with ERP/CRM implementation group, Operations, Finance, and division IT teams.

Requirements

  • Must have strong written, oral, communication and facilitation skills.
  • 8-12+ years in enterprise systems, data engineering, or application platforms
  • 5+ years leading teams delivering mission‑critical integrations ideally in a Manufacturing setting.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree plus related experience is preferred
  • 10 Years of experience in Enterprise Level IT with Team Lead or Manager experience.

Skills

  • Dynamics 365 (Finance & Supply Chain; Customer Engagement) solution enablement and data flows.
  • Power Platform (Power Automate/Apps), Dataverse, Azure Integration Services (API Management, Logic Apps, Functions), SQL/SSIS.
  • PowerBI, knowledge of Fabric, ability to interface between technical developers and business needs.
