About the role

  • AAA Club Alliance is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to join our team!
  • This role will handle a wide range of administrative functions for the business line or department.
  • Extensive calendar management for the EVP.

Responsibilities

  • Manage work flow to assure all deadlines are met.
  • This position will provide administrative support to our Chief Financial Officer and our Executive Vice-President of Membership & Automotive Operations.
  • In executive's absence, the Executive Assistant ensures that requests for action or information are relayed to the appropriate staff member, interprets requests, helps implement action, and decides whether executive should be notified of important or emergency matters as needed.
  • Administrative duties in support of the EVP: scheduling, coordinating, screening calls, filing, in/out correspondence and communications, etc.

Requirements

  • Associate's degree or equivalent.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Outlook), MS Teams, and SharePoint
  • Strong attention to detail and follow through, organizational skills with the ability to anticipate needs, prioritize effectively, and operate with a high degree of independence
  • Independent decision-making is required
