Responsibilities
- Lead and support student staff.
- Build a welcoming residential community.
- Foster a sense of belonging, encourage student involvement, and support opportunities for students to connect and develop as leaders.
- Provide individual support, assist with conflict resolution, and connect students with appropriate campus resources.
- Support student conduct processes.
- Collaborate across campus.
- Participate in Residence Life and college-wide initiatives that strengthen the student experience and support Concordia's mission.

Requirements
- The individual in this role is required to reside in an on-campus apartment, which will be provided at no cost.
