Responsibilities
- Perform advanced diagnostics and repair work, including Engine Repair, Transmission Repair, Suspension & Steering, Brake Systems (including ABS/traction control), Electrical Systems, and Heating & Air Conditioning.
- Maintain a high level of technical expertise and continuously expand your skills.
- Training & Certification Support: We pay for your ASE certifications and recertifications!
Requirements
- Team members are required to work Saturdays as part of their regular schedule.
- At least 6 years of experience as an Automotive Technician with advanced diagnostic skills.
- ASE Master Technician or Dealership certifications preferred (or equivalent experience with ability to certify within 12 months - paid for by AAA).

Compensation
- Company provided volunteer opportunities + 1 volunteer day per year

- Productivity Bonus: Opportunity to earn a $250 - $550 bonus every two weeks, based on productivity and performance.
