About the role

Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain a Manager Capability Framework to define success for managers at Kraft Heinz.
- Design and deliver the Manager Effectiveness Roadmap to ensure a progressive and impactful manager experience.
- Lead enablement efforts fo r managers for our People Cycle, building resources and tools to drive manager capability during each stage.
- Partner with HR and business leaders to integrate frameworks into key talent practices and programs.
- You will also manage one direct report and collaborate closely with HR partners and business leaders globally.
Requirements
- Minimum of 5+ years in leadership development, talent management, or a related field.
- Bachelor's degree required.
Skills
- Education: Bachelor's degree required.
- Oversight of the New Manager Program, continuously evolving and optimizing the program to enhance onboarding and development experiences.
