Responsibilities

  • Lead civil engineering design efforts for commercial, residential, mixed-use, industrial, and institutional land development projects.
  • Prepare and oversee site layout, grading, drainage, stormwater management, utility design, erosion and sediment control plans, and supporting calculations.
  • Coordinate and manage permit applications with local municipalities and regulatory agencies.
  • Collaborate with Senior Project Managers to support project scope development, scheduling, budgeting, and resource planning.
  • Serve as a technical lead on projects, coordinating with clients, consultants, and internal multidisciplinary teams.
  • Utilize Civil 3D and other engineering software to perform surface modeling, watershed analysis, storm sewer design, and sanitary sewer design.
  • Support projects through bidding, construction administration, and closeout phases.
  • Ensure designs comply with applicable codes, regulations, client requirements, and IMEG quality standards.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering processes, design standards, and best practices.
  • In this role, you will assist in leading the planning, design, permitting, and execution of a variety of civil site development projects while collaborating closely with project managers, clients, regulatory agencies, and multidisciplinary design teams.

Compensation

  • Individual pay will be based on several factors including experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant.
  • Other rewards may include annual bonuses and stock ownership opportunities.
  • $90,000 - $110,000
