Lead civil engineering design efforts for commercial, residential, mixed-use, industrial, and institutional land development projects.
Prepare and oversee site layout, grading, drainage, stormwater management, utility design, erosion and sediment control plans, and supporting calculations.
Coordinate and manage permit applications with local municipalities and regulatory agencies.
Collaborate with Senior Project Managers to support project scope development, scheduling, budgeting, and resource planning.
Serve as a technical lead on projects, coordinating with clients, consultants, and internal multidisciplinary teams.
Utilize Civil 3D and other engineering software to perform surface modeling, watershed analysis, storm sewer design, and sanitary sewer design.
Support projects through bidding, construction administration, and closeout phases.
Ensure designs comply with applicable codes, regulations, client requirements, and IMEG quality standards.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of engineering processes, design standards, and best practices.
In this role, you will assist in leading the planning, design, permitting, and execution of a variety of civil site development projects while collaborating closely with project managers, clients, regulatory agencies, and multidisciplinary design teams.

Individual pay will be based on several factors including experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant.
Other rewards may include annual bonuses and stock ownership opportunities.
$90,000 - $110,000
