- Sustain correct weeks of supply by category
- Achieve high forecast accuracy at SKU and brand levels.
- Contribute to achieving healthy outbound split across US warehouses.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- 1-3 years of experience in planning, forecasting, or a related analytical role (retail a plus).
- Strong analytical skills and ability to apply logical problem‑solving.
- Advanced Excel proficiency
- SQL knowledge is a plus.
