Requirements
- Five or more years of progressive marketing experience with increasing leadership responsibility.
- Strong understanding of customer acquisition, retention, loyalty, and omnichannel marketing strategies.
- Experience managing marketing budgets, agency relationships, and marketing technology platforms.
- Proficiency with Adobe Experience Cloud, Adobe Creative Cloud, and other modern marketing technologies.
- Ability to balance strategic planning with hands-on execution in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Nice to have
- Experience in retail, consumer goods, agriculture, outdoor recreation, sporting goods, or lifestyle brands.
- Experience supporting omnichannel retail marketing strategies.
- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms, SEO/SEM, and digital performance marketing.
