About the role

This is a high-visibility, high-impact role for an HR leader with a builder's mindset.

Design org structures for new AI/Tech teams in partnership with business and technology leaders, including role scoping, leveling frameworks, and reporting hierarchies.
Lead workforce planning for newly formed organizations, translating business goals into headcount strategies and hiring roadmaps.
Partner closely with Talent Acquisition to drive end-to-end recruiting for senior and specialized AI/engineering roles.
Develop onboarding programs for incoming leaders and team members that accelerate integration and productivity.
Lead performance management cycles (goal setting, mid-year reviews, year-end calibrations) for supported client groups.
Drive company-wide HR programs - talent reviews, compensation planning, engagement surveys - within the AI/Tech organization.
Organizational Design & New Team Launch
Design, launch, and stabilize new AI/Tech organizations - from defining org structure and headcount models to establishing team culture and operating rhythms.
Lead executive search and senior-leader onboarding for newly created Tech/AI teams; partner with talent acquisition to develop pipelines for specialized AI and engineering talent.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
10+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years as an HRBP supporting engineering, AI, or technology organizations.
Track record of partnering with engineering or technical leaders.
ability to influence at all levels including senior leadership.
Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment and operate across global or matrixed organizations.

Experience in the semiconductor, AI hardware, or deep-tech industries.
SHRM-SCP, SHRM-CP, or HRCI-SPHR/PHR certification.
Background in executive coaching, organizational development, or change management.

$110,000 - $180,000 USD
