Responsibilities
- Contribute to solutions that support a safer, healthier, and more sustainable world.
- We deliver sustainable innovations that elevate everyday products.
- Collaborate with Sales, Operations, Regulatory, Purchasing, and global technical teams to successfully deliver customer solutions.
- Investigate and resolve formulation, raw material, prototype, and scale-up challenges to support product success.
- Mentor and support the development of junior scientists and emerging technical talent.
- Sustainability: Contribute to solutions that support a safer, healthier, and more sustainable world.
Requirements
- Ability to translate consumer and market insights into innovative product solutions.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 20% as business needs require.
Nice to have
- Execute customer projects from concept through commercialization, ensuring solutions meet customer, regulatory, and business requirements.
- Provide technical leadership for strategic category initiatives, platform development, and technology implementation projects.
- Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Life Sciences, or a related scientific discipline.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in seasoning formulation, product development, and troubleshooting within the food industry.
- Experience working within cross-functional teams and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
