Responsibilities
- The Scheduler is responsible for coordinating and maintaining production schedules that drive operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and on-time manufacturing performance.
- By partnering closely with Production, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams, this role ensures accurate schedule execution, supports capacity planning efforts, and helps identify and resolve constraints that could impact manufacturing objectives.
Requirements
- Generate and maintain weekly production reports if required by the Manufacturing Manager.
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, or relevant degree.
- 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
Skills
- Coordinating tasks, schedules, and resources to keep everything running smoothly.
- Interpersonal
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, or relevant degree. Industrial Engineering is a bonus!
- 1-3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. Co-op and internship experience will be considered.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
- Experience with ERP System is preferred.
- Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
