Project Consultant- Human Resources Are you a project leader who thrives in complexity and turns ideas into results?
In most cases, candidates offered employment can expect to be hired at a pay rate near the middle of our salary ranges.

You'll manage medium- to large-scale projects that require cross-functional coordination, stakeholder engagement, from planning through thoughtful execution and closure.
Partner with sponsors and project owners to define objectives, scope, priorities, success measures, and outcomes while identifying, assessing and mitigating risks, dependencies and barriers to project success
Develop comprehensive project plans, governance frameworks, communication strategies, stakeholder engagement plans, timelines, milestones, and RAID logs
Drive accountability and momentum while helping teams successfully navigate ambiguity and competing priorities
Maintain and improve HR portfolio reporting and tracking processes
Oversee and support the governance and maintenance of HR's Products and Services Catalog
Develop and deliver project management tools, resources, training and best practices to build project management capability and consistency across the HR function
Drive measurable progress while building trust and creating alignment among diverse stakeholders

Bachelor's degree.
6+ years of professional experience in Human Resources or related field
3+ years leading projects, consulting engagements, or strategic initiatives, in Human Resources (preferred)
Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills
Ability to influence without formal authority
Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience operating in highly matrixed environments
