Responsibilities
- You'll manage medium- to large-scale projects that require cross-functional coordination, stakeholder engagement, from planning through thoughtful execution and closure.
- Partner with sponsors and project owners to define objectives, scope, priorities, success measures, and outcomes while identifying, assessing and mitigating risks, dependencies and barriers to project success
- Develop comprehensive project plans, governance frameworks, communication strategies, stakeholder engagement plans, timelines, milestones, and RAID logs
- Drive accountability and momentum while helping teams successfully navigate ambiguity and competing priorities
- Maintain and improve HR portfolio reporting and tracking processes
- Oversee and support the governance and maintenance of HR's Products and Services Catalog
- Develop and deliver project management tools, resources, training and best practices to build project management capability and consistency across the HR function
- Drive measurable progress while building trust and creating alignment among diverse stakeholders

Skills
- Bachelor's degree.
- 6+ years of professional experience in Human Resources or related field
- 3+ years leading projects, consulting engagements, or strategic initiatives, in Human Resources (preferred)
- Strong facilitation and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to influence without formal authority
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Experience operating in highly matrixed environments
