  • This role works collaboratively across the Galderma matrix-including Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Medical-to strengthen execution and enable the sales force through insight-led decision making.
  • The incumbent bridges analytics and action, ensuring that data informs prioritisation, customer engagement strategies, and field behaviours to accelerate growth.
  • The base salary range for the role is 90,000 - 110,000 CAD.

Responsibilities

  • The Salesforce Effectiveness & Insights Manager plays a critical role in translating data into actionable customer and business insights that drive commercial performance.
  • Salesforce Effectiveness: Lead incentive design, territory optimisation, and performance tracking.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required
  • 3-5+ years in Salesforce Effectiveness or Commercial Operations.
  • Strong ability to translate data into business insights and influence stakeholders.
  • This position is based at Galderma downtown Toronto office (161 Bay Street) with at least 3 days required to work on site per week.
  • MBA an asset.
  • Advanced Excel, Power BI, and data analytics experience.

Compensation

  • The base salary range for the role is 90,000 - 110,000 CAD.
