About the role
- This role serves as the primary liaison for clients requiring complex deposit solutions, ensuring exceptional service delivery, regulatory compliance, and tailored financial structuring.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strategic relationships with fiduciary and specialty clients, including title insurance companies, bankruptcy trustees, real estate management firms, and law firms, serving as a trusted advisor for their specialized deposit needs.
- Collaborate with operations, compliance, legal, and product teams to deliver customized deposit solutions.
- Identify opportunities to expand specialty deposit services within target sectors and cross-sell additional banking products that support client operations and growth.
- The Relationship Manager will develop and maintain deep relationships with law firms, bankruptcy trustees, and building management firms.
- This includes overseeing the full lifecycle of account onboarding, documentation, and ongoing servicing, while collaborating with internal partners to deliver customized solutions that meet the unique needs of each client segment.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in banking.
- Proven sales track record in generating deposit growth.
- Ability to work and thrive in a high-growth, fast-paced environment.
- Experience in working with commercial businesses.
- Ability to form effective relationships and achieve influence with senior-level personnel in an organization.
- Strong business development skills with an entrepreneurial mindset.
- Strong and effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- The hiring range for this position is $110,000 to $150,000 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's job-related knowledge, skills, and experience, among other factors. A bonus and/or incentives may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to the full range of medical, dental, vision, 401k, and other benefits.

Compensation
- The hiring range for this position is $110,000 to $150,000 per year.
