Responsibilities
- In addition, you will help drive continuous improvement initiatives on the production floor.
Requirements
- Familiarity with ISO9001 Quality standards
- Familiarity with 5S methodologies
- Familiarity with Kanban Systems
- Assemble mechanical assemblies using electric screw drivers and hand tools as required
- High School diploma or equivalent

Skills
- 6 months or more of experience performing mechanical assemblies using electric screw drivers and hand tools
- 6 months or more of experience doing electromechanical assembly
- Ability to solder preferred
- Able to stand for long periods of time
- Able to work effectively in a dynamic environment with rapidly shifting and evolving priorities
- Thorough knowledge of Windows PC / Linux environments and associated components (preferred)
- Basic computer skills such as emailing, record keeping, ordering, inventory management and form filing
- Proficiency in Google Suite
- Forklift certification is preferred but not required. Employees may be trained and certified to operate a forklift
- however, forklift operation will only be required after successful completion of company training and certification.

Compensation
- Final salary will be determined based on the candidate's skills and experience level.
