Responsibilities

  • Perform all Lean Manufacturing team members duties in that team leader's area of responsibility.
  • Promote and maintain a safe and organized workplace.
  • Maintain/Audit/Improve standard work.
  • Maintain work area in a clean, neat, and orderly manner.

Requirements

  • Strong Understanding of Single Piece Flow
  • Ability to work overtime as required
  • Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Must be able to work independently and as a member of a team, work under the pressure of deadlines and maintain a high level of accuracy.

Compensation

  • The compensation range for this position is $23.00-$24.50 per hour.
