Responsibilities
- Perform all Lean Manufacturing team members duties in that team leader's area of responsibility.
- Promote and maintain a safe and organized workplace.
- Maintain/Audit/Improve standard work.
- Maintain work area in a clean, neat, and orderly manner.
Requirements
- Strong Understanding of Single Piece Flow
- Ability to work overtime as required
- Must have strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Must be able to work independently and as a member of a team, work under the pressure of deadlines and maintain a high level of accuracy.
Compensation
- The compensation range for this position is $23.00-$24.50 per hour.
