  • What You Will Be Doing:
  • The Payroll Analyst will assist with the processing and coordination all aspects of bi-weekly and monthly payrolls for over 3,000 employees in the US & Canada. Responsibilities will include:
  • Processing weekly & bi-weekly payroll, reports, reconciliations, year-end procedures and W-2's for multi-state employees.
  • BA degree
  • Minimum 7 years of direct payroll experience
  • Workday experience preferred
  • Computer literacy to include MS Office products as well as payroll software
  • Excellent communications and customer services skills. Ability to interface well with a variety of employees at all levels under deadline pressure required.
