Job Description SUMMARY: Reporting to the News Director, the Senior Producer is responsible for the news content of NJ PBS on all platforms, including broadcast programs, digital content, live streaming, and live coverage.

A Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution in journalism, communications, broadcasting or a related field.
Minimum of four years of experience in broadcast news production, including rundown management, live newscast, and special event program execution.
Demonstrated experience in digital news content production on multiple platforms.
Proficiency with newsroom management systems and broadcast production tools.
Ability to work under deadline pressure in a fast-paced live news environment.
Experience at a news media organization or PBS-affiliated station.
Familiarity with the New Jersey news landscape
Experience with digital-first and multiplatform newscast workflows
Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish.
Strong background in journalism.
