Responsibilities
- Trusted by hundreds of enterprise organizations, CloudShare enables customers to deliver demos, training, POCs, onboarding, and certifications through secure, scalable virtual environments.
- We are looking for an energetic, people-first Human Resources Generalist who loves building great workplaces and isn't afraid to roll up their sleeves.
- Lead the administration, optimization, and continuous improvement of HR systems (ADP TotalSource/HRIS), ensuring data integrity, accurate reporting, and efficient HR processes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
- 3- 6 years of progressive Human Resources Generalist experience.
- Working knowledge of federal employment laws and Colorado labor regulations.
- Experience supporting compensation reviews and market benchmarking.
Compensation
- $70,000 - $78,000 Annually + 10% annual discretionary performance bonus.
