Responsibilities
- Contribute to portfolio strategy development and maintain product roadmaps.
- Develop business cases and support prioritization of enhancements and service expansions.
- Partner with other teams to translate market needs into technical requirements.
- Support pilot programs/field evaluations to validate performance.
- Assist in developing standardized methodologies, procedures, and documentation to support consistent delivery. *
- Collaborate with Operations to ensure product readiness and field adoption.
- Support integration of new products into systems, workflows, and training programs. *
- Support pricing strategy and positioning recommendations.
- Provide data-driven insights to support portfolio decisions. *
- Develop product materials including presentations, case studies, FAQs, and technical documentation.
Requirements
- 8-12 years of experience in product management, engineering, technical services, or related work within utilities.
- Product development experience including the launch of new products or services including GTM strategy, business case development, etc.
Nice to have
- BS degree in Civil, Structural, Mechanical, or similar is preferred.
- Strong cross-functional collaboration skills with the ability to influence without direct authority..
- Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Self-driven, organized, and capable of managing multiple initiatives simultaneously. - Willingness to travel as needed.
