- In the near term, this role will balance internal marketing leadership (≈50%) with hands-on digital advertising execution (≈50%).
Responsibilities
- Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads and Meta for internal brands and client accounts
- Manage multiple client accounts with a focus on performance, retention, and satisfaction
- Deliver clear, actionable reporting and insights on campaign performance
- Develop and execute marketing strategies across multiple business units
- Plan and manage inbound marketing campaigns including email, SEO, content, and social media
- Own content creation efforts including blogs, landing pages, email campaigns, and marketing collateral
- Build and optimize marketing funnels, landing pages, and automation workflows
- Manage website updates and performance in collaboration with internal and external teams
- Track and report on marketing performance, lead generation, and funnel metrics
- Partner with Sales and leadership to align marketing efforts with revenue goals
Requirements
- 2-5+ years of experience in digital marketing, with strong hands-on experience in PPC (Google Ads and Meta)
- Experience in broader marketing functions such as content, email, SEO, and campaign strategy
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Experience managing multiple projects or accounts simultaneously
- Comfortable working with minimal direction and taking ownership of all marketing activities Some experience with design, layout, and creation of marketing brochures, graphics, presentations, etc.
- Extensive experience with HubSpot and/or Salesforce with the ability to manage emails, workflows, sequences, tasks, dashboards, etc.
Nice to have
- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and budget optimization to maximize ROI
- Monitor campaign performance and continuously refine strategies based on data and trends
- Meet with clients to understand goals, set up accounts, and present results and recommendations
- Stay current on PPC, paid social, and digital advertising best practices
- Assist with trade shows, events, and promotional campaigns as needed
