About the role
- As the Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for handling maintenance requests and supervising a team of maintenance technicians.
Responsibilities
- Perform hands-on maintenance tasks as needed, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and general repairs.
- Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.
- Train, manage and delegate work orders to team of maintenance techs.
- Manage and improve the process for the turn of apartments during specified move out periods.
Requirements
- 3+ years experience with apartment/property maintenance
- Must have hands-on experience in general maintenance including but not limited to
Nice to have
- Basic computer skills for record-keeping and communication
- experience with Entrata a huge plus!
