About the role

  • IDMYS provides all-inclusive care in a residential setting to one of the most vulnerable populations, at-risk children and youth.
  • The purpose of this position is to oversee the creation, maintenance and optimization of schedules for employees, resources and daily operations.

  • Ability to coordinate staffing levels, develop and manage schedules, and analyze scheduling trends.
  • Experience in developing, implementing, and evaluating policies and procedures.

Requirements

  • Diploma in a related field, t hree years recent related experience, and one-year minimum experience in a supervisory or administrative role.
  • Must be 19 years or older.

Skills

  • Excellent communicator who is understanding, patient and non-judgmental while able to provide direction and feedback.
  • Experience working with Collective Agreements
  • Computer literacy and ability to use relevant technology platforms.
  • Preference Given to those who have:
  • Experience working in a unionized environment.
  • Qualification
  • Candidates who able to think critically, take initiative, and have strong organization skills.
  • Candidates who are positive, adaptable, and hard working.

Compensation

  • The Scheduling Coordinator is Grid 14 - Compensation starts at $35.82 per hour and requires union membership.
