- As a Member Matching Specialist, you will be the first human touchpoint for new members, setting the tone for their experience, understanding their needs, and connecting them with the right expert.
- This is not a clinical or therapeutic role.
- You are a trusted guide and navigator: warm, confident, and skilled at helping people feel understood and well taken care of from the very first conversation.
Responsibilities
- Support members through the full activation process - walking them step by step
Requirements
- Your most important quality is your ability to make people feel at ease.

- Strong communication skills - you can explain complex or sensitive topics clearly and confidently
- Comfort working within a regulatory and compliance-sensitive environment
- A detail-oriented approach to handoffs and documentation
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
Compensation
- $25-$35 per hour, commensurate with experience and background.
