About the role

We're a passionate team striving to raise the standard of compassionate care for our patients, and we know that to do that, we must care for our people first.
When our clinic opens in August, you'll start with a caseload, delivering the same whole-person, trauma-informed care you always have.
As we bring on additional therapists, your caseload will step down and your leadership scope will step up.

Conduct comprehensive biopsychosocial assessments and develop individualized treatment plans, modeling a non-paternalistic and destigmatizing approach to patient care.
Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing (MI), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to support patient recovery.
Support patients in crisis intervention situations and coordinate higher levels of care when necessary.
Maintain thorough and timely documentation in compliance with state, federal, and organizational guidelines.

Minimum of 2 years of experience providing therapy to individuals with substance use disorders.
Strong knowledge of SUD diagnoses, medications, and treatment modalities.
Ability to effectively interact with diverse staff, patients, and community members.
Meets all North Carolina board requirements to provide clinical supervision for associate-level clinicians.
Independent licensure in North Carolina.
Excellent interpersonal skills, a flexible, can-do mentality, and a commitment to continuous learning and professional development.

$80,000 - $95,000, plus monthly performance incentive of 5% of base salary, tied to clinic-level KPI attainment and a $2,000 sign-on bonus.
