About the role
- In this role, you will manage high-volume communications to ensure seamless order processing and exceptional customer retention.
- This fast-paced position requires a bilingual (English/Spanish) professional who can multitask efficiently, solve logistical challenges, and maintain our high standards of service excellence across our growing infrastructure.
- As a Customer Service Representative at Source Logistics, you will serve as the critical link between our clients and our supply chain operations, it features a flexible geographical scope, with opportunities to work out of different facility locations across our national network depending on business needs.
