About the role

You will handle day-to-day hardware setups, troubleshooting, and office moves to ensure all staff have the tools they need to work effectively.
The pay range for this role is $33.55--$55.96.
Actual salary offered will be dependent on a wide array of factors including but not limited to: relevant experience, skills, education and comparison to internal employees (where relevant).

Hardware Support: Provide Level I support for hardware issues, including repairs and replacements for peripherals and accessories.
Inventory Management: Maintain accurate records in the hardware asset tracking system and keep procedural documentation up to date.

Ability to address hardware failures and connectivity issues in a timely manner.
Reliability: Consistency in meeting deadlines and service level agreements (SLAs) for staff requests.
