Responsibilities

  • As a Contract Change Advisor, you may support or lead client change initiatives, depending on project needs and your experience.

  • Drives Results - Focuses on outcomes and adoption, taking ownership to move work forward and deliver tangible results for clients.
  • Manages Complexity & Ambiguity - Navigates complex, multi-stakeholder environments and evolving scopes common in AI, digital transformation, and ERP projects.
  • Overview Prosci is proactively building a bench of experienced Change Advisors to support upcoming client engagements.

Requirements

  • 7-10+ years of experience leading complex, high-risk, or enterprise change initiatives and coaching executives

Compensation

  • $100-160/hr CAD is the projected hourly rate range for this role.

  • Apply Prosci's Change Management Methodology, tools, and research to drive adoption and project success Support or lead change efforts across small, medium, or large-scale initiatives Coach client teams and leaders through the Knowledge-to-Ability (K2A) journey Facilitate client working sessions (e.g., assessments, workshops, readiness activities) Develop and deliver high-quality change management deliverables Build trusted relationships with key client stakeholders Influence and support sponsor and executive-level conversations (senior/principal levels) Lead and coach other change practitioners on project teams (senior/principal levels)
