About the role
- In our patient-centered collaborative care model, licensed psychotherapists in the network take on the psychotherapy, while Journey Clinical's in-house medical team takes on patient eligibility, treatment plan and outcome monitoring.
- While we're open to a hybrid role, we prefer candidates in the NYC area who are able to be in the office 2-3 days/week as needed.
- We likely missed something and are open to expanding our understanding of the role.
Responsibilities
- Own product strategy for one or more key growth pillars (e.g., Therapist Activation, Patient Conversion, or Monetization), from problem definition through launch and optimization.
- Partner cross-functionally with Engineering, Marketing, Clinical Ops, and Data Science, and Success Teams to align roadmaps, ensure data integrity, and deliver measurable business impact.
- Use data to drive decisions - define metrics, run experiments, and synthesize insights from qualitative and quantitative sources to prioritize work with the highest ROI.
- Collaborate with team to integrate agentic workflows that reduce manual processes and enhance the therapist and patient experience.
- Translate business goals into product requirements by writing strategic documents, specs, and success metrics that connect strategic objectives to tangible outcomes.

- We're looking for a Senior Product Manager who can lead high-impact initiatives across our therapist and patient experiences.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in product management at a growth-stage SaaS, marketplace, or healthtech company.
- You can translate high-level business objectives into detailed execution plans.
- Experience working in cross-functional environments with marketing, sales, operations, and data teams.
- Track record of delivering measurable impact (activation, retention, revenue growth).
- Our platform gives psychotherapists passionate about PAP the infrastructure and support required to become empowered KAP providers, while enabling higher standards of patient care and enhanced clinical outcomes.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with AI tools, low-code/no-code systems, or automation platforms (Zapier, Airtable, Snowflake, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.
