About the role
- THE TECHNICAL SERVICES MANAGER/FACILITY MANAGER: provides overall leadership, supervision, and direction on strategic initiatives and operating standards to positively impact business results and exceed the guest experience.

Responsibilities
- Developing and leading a team of 3-6 hourly team members to exceed guest's expectations
- Buster's Legacy Fund (Supports team members during difficult times)
Requirements
- 21+ years of age
- Ability to move lane maintenance equipment (approximately 250 lbs.), climb ladders, and possess the strength required to repair, clean, and maintain the facility machines and equipment
- Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, regarding all job responsibilities
- You can communicate with the team members and guests in a way that inspires FUN!
- You have never met a goal you can't beat
Nice to have
- knowledge of bowling/pinsetters is a plus!
