About the role

We're inviting an accomplished and forward-thinking Insurance Product Manager to join our Property team.
This is a highly visible and cross-functional position with the primary goal of delivering best-in-class products to small businesses in multiple verticals.

Own initiatives end-to-end, from problem definition and analysis through execution, rollout, and post-launch performance monitoring
Drive growth and profitability of the product line by optimizing pricing, shaping insurance offerings, and supporting filings and geographic or segment expansions
Partner closely with teams across NEXT, including Technical Product, Engineering, Data Science, Analytics, Claims, Compliance, Customer Operations, and Legal
Serve as the ambassador for the line of business with internal stakeholders and external partners (e.g., reinsurers, agents, and strategic partners)

5+ years of experience in BOP or Commercial Property insurance, with a background in product management, underwriting, or actuarial roles.

BA/BS degree required; advanced degree a plus
