About the role
- This position is critical to supporting the continued growth of the TPA operations, including the onboarding of new clients and the transition of administrative services previously managed by external vendors within Acrisure.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily monetary transactions related to claims, contributions, and revenue.
- Maintain and support the 1Cloud Consumer Accounts platform.
- Maintain confidentiality and comply with all HIPAA and PHI regulations.
- Respond to client questions and provide claim-related support.

Requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and general computer skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to work independently and solve problems.
- Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
- Final candidates will be required to complete post-offer verification processes related to the role and in accordance with applicable laws.
