Responsibilities

  • This role will own core forecasting and reporting responsibilities while developing deep expertise in our revenue model and financial data.
  • You will work closely with the FP&A team and cross-functional partners to support ongoing planning cycles and contribute to strategic finance initiatives.
  • Own and execute recurring forecasting and reporting deliverables, including monthly actuals, variance analysis, and rolling forecasts
  • Develop fluency in our revenue model including underlying data sources, assumptions, and drivers, and become a reliable resource across the team
  • Build and maintain financial models that support business decisions across product, operations, and executive leadership
  • Support ad hoc analytical requests from Finance leadership and business partners

Nice to have

  • 3-5 years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related analytical experience
  • Experience owning a forecast process end-to-end, not just supporting one
  • Comfortable working with large datasets and financial systems
  • Intellectually curious and self-directed - you don't need to be told what to look into next
  • Financial services or fintech background preferred

Compensation

  • The base salary range for this job is USD $ 95,000 - USD $120,000 / Year
  • Employees new to Avant typically come in below the midpoint of the pay range.
  • The compensation range is based on the level outlined in the job posting, and compensation decisions are dependent on each applicant's experience, skills and abilities.
