Responsibilities
- This role will own core forecasting and reporting responsibilities while developing deep expertise in our revenue model and financial data.
- You will work closely with the FP&A team and cross-functional partners to support ongoing planning cycles and contribute to strategic finance initiatives.
- Own and execute recurring forecasting and reporting deliverables, including monthly actuals, variance analysis, and rolling forecasts
- Develop fluency in our revenue model including underlying data sources, assumptions, and drivers, and become a reliable resource across the team
- Build and maintain financial models that support business decisions across product, operations, and executive leadership
- Support ad hoc analytical requests from Finance leadership and business partners

Nice to have
- 3-5 years of FP&A, corporate finance, or related analytical experience
- Experience owning a forecast process end-to-end, not just supporting one
- Comfortable working with large datasets and financial systems
- Intellectually curious and self-directed - you don't need to be told what to look into next
- Financial services or fintech background preferred
Compensation
- The base salary range for this job is USD $ 95,000 - USD $120,000 / Year
- Employees new to Avant typically come in below the midpoint of the pay range.
- The compensation range is based on the level outlined in the job posting, and compensation decisions are dependent on each applicant's experience, skills and abilities.
