Responsibilities
- Own the security, scalability, resiliency, and evolution of the platform by driving strategic initiatives, platform roadmaps, and migration efforts that improve developer experience, operational excellence, and platform adoption.
- Design, build, and operate platform capabilities that enable secure, reliable, and scalable application delivery across a multi-tenant Kubernetes environment.
- Lead troubleshooting, incident response, capacity planning, and continuous improvement efforts to maintain a highly available production platform.

Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in Platform Engineering, Site Reliability Engineering, Infrastructure Engineering, or Software Engineering.
- Deep expertise with AWS cloud and managing kubernetes clusters in production environments.
- Hands-on experience with GitHub, GitHub Actions, GitOps, Argo CD, and CI/CD practices.
- Experience implementing Infrastructure as Code using Terraform, CDK, or similar technologies.
- Strong understanding of Kubernetes networking, including VPCs, CNI, service mesh, ingress, Envoy Gateway, Gateway API, DNS, and load balancing.
- Experience with Karpenter, autoscaling, capacity management, and cost optimization.
- Strong production experience with observability, monitoring, troubleshooting, incident response, and operational excellence.
- Experience designing and operating multi-tenant platforms including managing secrets, configuration, and platform security controls.
- Experience applying AI to software engineering, platform operations, and developer productivity.
