Responsibilities

  • Lead the preparation and analysis of historical and projected financial information
  • Manage due diligence processes and coordinate transaction execution teams
  • Support new business development initiatives, including pitch creation and client strategy development
  • Maintain active communication with clients, prospective clients, and professional advisors
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
  • Collaborative mindset with the ability to lead teams and interact effectively with senior stakeholders
  • Senior bankers lead each core vertical, enabling us to provide differentiated insights, targeted strategic advice, and unparalleled access to key decision-makers across strategic and financial buyer universes globally.
  • Our team's extensive transaction experience and real-time market intelligence allow us to deliver highly informed perspectives on valuation, corporate strategy, and transaction execution-making us a trusted advisor to clients navigating complex strategic decisions.
  • Highly motivated, entrepreneurial, and interested in building long-term client relationships

Requirements

  • 5+ years of relevant investment banking experience or MBA graduates with at least 4 years of investment banking experience
  • Strong knowledge of accounting, valuation methodologies, and applied financial theory

Nice to have

  • Academic or professional training in finance, accounting, or related disciplines strongly preferred
