Corporate Finance Houlihan Lokey has extensive expertise in mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, activist shareholder and takeover defense, and other related advisory services for a broad range of U.S. and international clients.

Lead the preparation and analysis of historical and projected financial information
Manage due diligence processes and coordinate transaction execution teams
Support new business development initiatives, including pitch creation and client strategy development
Maintain active communication with clients, prospective clients, and professional advisors
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced environment
Collaborative mindset with the ability to lead teams and interact effectively with senior stakeholders
Senior bankers lead each core vertical, enabling us to provide differentiated insights, targeted strategic advice, and unparalleled access to key decision-makers across strategic and financial buyer universes globally.

Highly motivated, entrepreneurial, and interested in building long-term client relationships

5+ years of relevant investment banking experience or MBA graduates with at least 4 years of investment banking experience
Strong knowledge of accounting, valuation methodologies, and applied financial theory

Academic or professional training in finance, accounting, or related disciplines strongly preferred
