- Your mission will be to ensure data integrity across all regions and platforms and to work collaboratively across departments and with external partners to guarantee timely and accurate shipment data for our customers.
- Manage and mentor a diverse, multinational logistics team to foster a collaborative and high-performance culture.
- Develop and implement training programs to enhance team capabilities and knowledge in best practices.
- Analyze logistics data and performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous enhancement initiatives.
- Collaborate with external distributors and partners to align logistics processes and address potential challenges proactively.
Requirements
- Minimum of years of experience in logistics management, preferably in an IT or technology-focused environment.
- Strong understanding of global logistics processes, customs regulations, and supply chain strategies.
- Proven experience managing a multinational team and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
- Proficiency in logistics software and tools; experience with Salesforce is a plus.
- Excellent analytical skills with a focus on data integrity and performance improvement.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
Nice to have
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
- Proficiency in logistics software and tools

Compensation
- The compensation range indicated in this posting reflects the On-Target Earnings ("OTE") for this role, which includes a base salary and any applicable target bonus amount.
