Location United States The US national base salary range for this position is from $88,200.00 - $163,800.00 The national range provided includes the base salary that Amex GBT expects to pay for the role.

Lead new engagements and guide customer and affiliate stakeholders to achieve objectives within agreed timelines and budgets
Drive stakeholder engagement and facilitate clear communication across teams
Own accountability for engagement outcomes and client satisfaction
Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure successful execution
Operating in a continually changing environment, our diversified consultants deliver on multi-disciplinary projects around travel and expense program optimisation, from traditional sourcing activities up to enhanced sustainability initiatives
You can connect with colleagues through our global INclusion Groups, centered around common identities or initiatives, to discuss challenges, obstacles, achievements, and drive company awareness and action.

Ability to act as a trusted advisor, capable of identifying expansion opportunity during customer interaction.
Comfort with ambiguous, ever-changing situations.
Ability to solve problems with quantitative thinking and in-depth analysis.
