About the role

  • Establish and grow a water/waster group.
  • Pursues business development opportunities to grow and expand market services.
  • Prepares plans, specifications, costs, and estimates for municipal and industrial water and wastewater facilities.

Responsibilities

  • As a trusted partner to our clients, we deliver reliable, high-quality results, grounded in a deep understanding of local context and regional needs.
  • Leverage engineering design software to edit project designs, draft plans, drawings, and models according to project specifications.
  • Leads and completes engineering design projects from start to finish.
  • At least 2+ years of project management experience leading teams, design, construction, client services, and budgets.
  • This is an exciting opportunity for a civil engineering professional who would like to start, develop, and lead a water/wastewater group and expand our Spokane, WA market services.

  • Engineering design software experience in Civil 3D or similar

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or construction engineering or equivalent ABET-accredited engineering program
  • Knowledge of engineering planning studies

Nice to have

  • Water/wastewater engineering experience preferred.
  • Professional Engineering (PE) license preferred or able to obtain after-hire
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification in conjunction with engineering licensure preferred
